Is there really a free plan?

Yes — the Free plan gives you one site, with the Besigner builder, forms, and media included. No credit card required.

Monthly or annual billing?

Both. Annual is billed once up front and saves up to ~35% versus paying monthly. Switch anytime from the console.

What happens if I exceed a plan limit?

Storage and API calls keep working: usage past your allowance is metered at the rates in the usage table and itemized on your invoice. AI credits past your included band are metered the same way, per 1,000, unless you set a stop or a monthly ceiling in Billing — and on Free they stop at the band. Sites, seats, and datasets stop at your limit until you buy an add-on or upgrade.

What does Aglyn AI cost?

Aglyn AI is a per-workspace add-on on any paid plan — $9 a month on Starter, $19 on Pro, $39 on Business, $69 on Scale, $99 on Advanced, $299 on Agency; Enterprise by agreement. It adds AI credits to your plan’s included band every month, from 4,000 on Starter to 149,000 on Agency, and credits past the band are billed per 1,000 at the rate in the usage table. If you’d rather it stopped, turn on Stop AI assist at the included band in Billing, or set a monthly dollar ceiling on overage. Free includes 300 credits a month and stops there — nothing is billed.

How do transaction fees work?

Payments run on Stripe. Aglyn adds a transaction fee on top of Stripe’s processing — 0–5% depending on plan and what you sell: physical goods on the lower rate, digital products and services (bookings included) on the higher one. It steps down as you move up — 1% on Scale, 0% from Advanced up.

Can I self-host instead of subscribing?

Yes. Aglyn is Apache-2.0 — run it yourself with Docker and your own Firebase project (see the self-hosting guide), or use the hosted platform and skip the ops.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from the billing page. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated as a charge or credit on your next invoice, and a canceled plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Have a promo code?

Apply it at checkout — promotion codes work on any paid plan and show up itemized on your invoice.

Do you offer SSO or an SLA?

SAML / OIDC single sign-on is available on Enterprise today — you set it up yourself in the console after proving your domain. Enterprise also includes dedicated support with a named manager and a 24–48 hour first response. We do not offer a contractual uptime SLA during public beta.
